The Ford GT40 - P/1015 - 24h Le Mans - 1966 Poster from the manufacturer Automobilist.
The Ford GT40 was specifically designed to beat Ferrari in the 1960s, or so the story goes - but its impact on motorsport ended up being far greater than either company had anticipated.
In 1966, the Mk.II version of the car dominated the 24 Hours of Le Mans, finishing first, second and third, and continued to win for the following three years. The blue-coloured Shelby-American Inc. GT40 pictured, driven by Ken Miles and Denis Hulme, finished second in 1966.
To reflect the prestige of the GT40, only 500 limited edition prints were produced on high quality paper.
The print was created using Automobilist's signature 3D digital modelling technique to produce a computer-generated image of stunning quality.
