Poster BMW 328 - Silver - Mille Miglia - 1940 - Colours of Speed

This poster of the BMW 328 shows the car that won the Mille Miglia in 1940. On the occasion of BMW's 100th anniversary, an artistic tribute was created to what the Bavarian company considers the greatest victory in motorsport. And for good reason: the BMW took the overall victory and the team victory - as well as third, fifth and sixth place. The driver of the winning car was Huschke von Hanstein, but it was his co-driver Walter Baumer who saw the chequered flag shortly before the end of the race after an incredible driver swap.

The print was created using Automobilist's signature 3D digital modelling technique to produce a computer-generated image of impressive quality.
