The Red Bull RB16 broke cover today, first a studio visual was released on social media by the team showing their 2020 Formula 1 challenger and later photos emerged of their star driver Max Verstappen at the wheel for the first time.

The team wrote in a brief press communique: “It’s straight back to business in our iconic matte livery as the Bulls pick up where they left off and prepare to charge into the 2020 Formula One season. Today the Aston Martin Red Bull Racing RB16 is let loose in the hands of Max Verstappen at the Team’s official filming day at Silverstone Circuit, as teammate Alex Albon watches on awaiting his turn at next week’s Barcelona test.”

The RB16's public reveal comes 24-Hours after Ferrari showed the SF1000 at a more lavish function than what Red Bull to trumpet the announcement of their car.

This year's Red Bull RB16 built by the energy drinks outfit, under the leadership of design guru Adrian Newey and his team, is the second Red Bull car to be powered by Honda. (Photo: Red Bull)
