After the 1995 Formula 1 season Michael Schumacher changed from the Benetton Renault Team to the Scuderia Ferrari. For the 2-time world champion and the Ferrari team it was to be the beginning of a glorious cooperation, which was crowned with five world championship titles.
But at the beginning, there were important test drives to be done. So it came to Schumacher's first test cycle in the Ferrari 412 T2 in Fiorano, Italy, the Scuderia's own track. The test drives in November 1995 helped the team around Schumacher to a better understanding between driver and racing car, as well as performance on the track. The development even went so far that, for example, the track in Fiorano had to be modified after the test in order to meet the current requirements of Formula 1 tracks.
The model was produced in the usual high Ixo quality and reflects the original in the best possible way. The collector's item with inserted driver figure comes in an exclusive "World Champion" collector's edition box in black.
