The 1955 Belgian Grand Prix took place on 5 June at the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps. Starting from position 2, Juan Manuel Fangio won the starting duel directly and did not relinquish the lead until the end of the race. He thus celebrated his 3rd and at the same time last success at the Belgian GP. In total, he won four of the seven races in the 1955 season and thus repeated his world championship title from the previous year without any problems.
